The Review...full time work question

It still has to go through in our office..It's been off and on more times than Billy Bunters fridge light..The question is for those offices that have already had it put through....How many part timers were made up to full time in your office with the review...?.....cheers

We were told that all part timers who wanted to go to full time would do so. Surprisingly, that offer was withdrawn and replaced with, no part timers to be made full time, but 25 hr casuals to be made permanent. It doesn't affect the full timers so they don't care, morale among the part timers at an all time low, so they don't care, casuals don't last long enough to care. Union Rep must be fed up with the lot of them, all they do is complain, then throw things back in his face.

I can't wait for this revision to come in.
