Now then - me and the chap next to me are but mere 24 hour guys (maybe party people but ...) - in this wonderful world of pro-rata that we live in ... he got £379 ... I got £479 ...
Please someone tell me that this "discrepancy" is because I'm an overtime monkey ... and he isn't ... is it based on hours worked rather than contacted hours for us p/t 3 month rolling contract type peeps ??
(P.S. one of the £600 guys had "that look" on his face when we shared numbers - but he's a moaning get at the best of times, and I thought it wise not to mention delivery supplement "differences"
