We currently work 5 weeks on 6th week off , 6 days a week.
Under the new revision were going to be 7.30-3.18 mon-sat.
So that's 7.48 a day , over 6 days we'll be doing over 46 hours is this correct? Or do i take off 7.48 hours which would be the shift that makes up our 6th week off? I'm not moaning or bitching about it just wanted to double check it's all above board, if it is then we'll just have to get on with it.

That's what ours will be i think , we had the union bod and dom come and visit and were told we'd be 7.30 to 3.18 mon-fri but sat wouldn't be a late finish as we'd be over our hours and there supposed to be dropping to 39 with the revision.
So when we recieved the latter stating 730-3.18 every day it was a bit of a supprise, although i think it's right because if we did 5 days of 7.48 hours that would be right, but as we have the whole 6th week off then our weekly total is more.
