Requirements

With a minimum of 2 years driving experience, you must have a full, clean B1 driving license and be smart and presentable.

As part of your training you will be working towards a Qualification and Credit Framework (QCF) qualification, which is equivalent to five GCSE’s grade A to C.

You will work a minimum of 32 hours per week plus overtime as and when required to meet operational requirements.

Compulsory overtime is the catch.. Not everyone wants overtime, so if it's compulsory they have to bribe people somehow. No mention of how much you have to do, or when or etc..
