Ok cheers its just that I've been on a temp ft contact for over 2 years and thought it gets made permanent after 2 ??

The agreement between the union and Royal Mail is that you should be made permanent after 2 years, unfortunately Royal Mail are not sticking to the agreement, you should get the union to chase it up.

It means long term full time. ie permanent full time.
