finish of round

The last delivery address on my round is my house.
This is just down to luck and not down to me changing the round (apart from my cul-de-sac).
Anyone else have the same as I get my partner on P/L to take the vehicle back with the bags and docket lefts etc.

When i was a driver i used to work with a guy who lived in the village we both delivered and i used to take his bags and docket lefts back to the office.

Bugger living on my own delivery though. You must get moans galore

My worst scenario would be to be on my way back alone and I get a puncture or have a bump , it really needs to be 2 people to finish off. Better safe than sorry.

Im a good 8 miles away from the closest part
rarely see anyone from the DO outr of work

He would, the office shuts at 3pm and they are left in the van anyway in the office carpark till morning .

So they are actually saving royal mail money as only the driver is booking the 15 mins overtime,not both of them!!

I might well be wrong, but everyone is supposed to finish their working day at the depot, following a P&L revision. This rule has been in place at my pre-P&L depot for a while now.

One immediate issue that springs to mind is every time you finish at home, you are not officially signing out and nobody should be doing that for you.
