We even had H&S in this week and today they followed a guy around to see he's doing the job safely. When I asked him if he used the trolley he said he didn't and they never said anything to him about it either.

JUst another ordinary day in the office then? It should be, we shouldn't need catchy titles on a specific day, or IWT monitoring against real indoor hours to work as best we can to the protocols agreed. Cutting corners is playing into the hands of mangers who will rub their hands with glee at all those savings that can be made to impress the manager next level up in the food chain.
