hi does anyone know what happens when you go from full time delivery to 3 days job share delivery .what i need to know is when there is a vacant duty /revision repick can i pick any duty as i am the senior of two.

what happened to me was that the senior man got to pick .the guy i work with was very good and we decided together not sure if this is the right way but the way it was done with me
