Received my IHR offer

I received my IHR offer thru the door this morning. The lump sum and the 9 weeks PILON were both based on my weekly wage and the delivery supplement combined.

However not included were my weekly coaching allowance and the monthly ICS supplement we get.

So the question is should they have been?? Got to go in tomorrow so any help is needed quickly and will be greatly appreciated.

12.7 Calculation and Payment of Lump Sum Payments

The pay to be used for calculating lump sum payments is the basic weekly or monthly wage/salary of the individual’s grade (i.e. the rate of pay that they would have been in receipt of but for sickness absence or leave purchase arrangements) on the date of retirement plus any personal reserved rights payment and geographical supplement (e.g. London/RRIS) where applicable. No other elements of ‘pay’ should be included. Confirmation of inclusive elements within basic pay is available from HR Services.

Surely they should be included in the PILON tho?? As if I served that notice period I would be paid them.
