I'm contacting you as I'm so fed up with how I'm being treated at the moment. I have worked for Royal Mail for over 23 years. 11 of those years were as a dispatch driver. This was my permanant duty. Due to changes eg. the lorries being taken out of our office, I have been left being a reserve. What I need to know is, can they treat me this way? I don't want to be a reserve filling in for holidays and when people are sick. I want my own duty.

You could always go onto delivery.........I'm sure you;d get your own duty then.
