Management making up it's own rules.
For as long as we've had days off people have been coming in and doing overtime on walks,driving and scheduled attendance,so why has management at Wallasey suddenly decided it wasn't going to allow anyone to come in to do scheduled on their day off?

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
