Spare staff
we are getting a new manager in the next few weeks and I expect he will want to cut staff as we have spare every day. So the first to go will be the part timers on rolling contracts, but out of those part timers who goes first? The newest or the ones whos contract ends quickest? Anyone know from seeing similar situations?

He might wait for someone to leave with new job, retirement, ill health retirement or sacked. Don't panic.
