Another question linked with my dismissal topic , I'm working my notice period and awaiting my appeal hearing , my manager hasn't included me in the revision of my depo , big workshop, one to ones etc , to me he's already predetermined the outcome of my appeal hearing . Should he be including me in these revisions while I'm waiting to hear from the appeals manager decision ,
