39 hour week?

Can someone please help, I've tried to read through the agreement but I'm a little confused on what triggers the shorter working week?
If we aren't having a revision or receiving wsm because of the distance to the mail centre, what will we be required to do before getting a shorter week?
Is it triggered because we are in year 3 of the agreement?
Is it as simple as we will do x amount less work?
Do we split the hour over the week equally or can we lose it over the busiest days?
We've had a suggestion from the Dim that as there's a big drop in mail we can just knock the time off the duties!! . So it's the same amount of mail but a shorter duty time to complete it!! Don't thinks so!

when ours change was when the full office was changed to the new wonderful p&l and wsm, and it was 12mins a day but the reason they do that is that they know people will still start before there time anyway ,so basically your doing more work in a shorter time {well done cwu} we wanted to lose the hour on a saturday but no it doesnt suit them, and they say mails down but they dont mention about pkts and parcels going through the roof , and we got told by the dom that there would be a final revision in jan {still not } because some of the duties are still much to big and to recieve our payments another scam. but weve started walk collapseing again till nov because its in there plan, sorry about the rave but ive just had enought of it full stop.

10 mins a day for a 6 day week
If you are on a 5-1 your total hours a week is 46hrs 48 mins.

and a four day week? 15mins? off the start or end? In your office did you have any work ie 12 mins worth, taken off? Or did you absorb the hour 'cos of the savings made with WSM and the revision? As it looks like we are having neither would it be reasonable to presume that a little bit of work should be taken off the duty?

We don't have 4 day weeks, we were'nt given that option. The time is taken off the beginning, so we start later 06.10. Nothing taken off the duty, they did change some of the IPS times but that seems to of gone tits up. We seem to have more IPS now with the WSM's as they reject loads of stuff. The managers went round all the frames and put coloured stickers on the frames for % of daily D2D's, ie Mon - Red, Tues - Blue etc. No extra time given for throwing in 6 lots of that either.

We're a 7.48 day now, with the twelve minutes off at the end.
