Spitefulness From The DOM
I'm a 30 hour contract and the last couple of moths have been doing 4 days at 7.5 hours rather than 5 at 6 hours and I've been loving it. Don't mid doing a bit of overtime but not enough for the DOM who has been trying to bully me into doing more. I won't so out of spite he's put me back on 5 days. Well I'm going to show him what spite truly is. 6 hours will be 6 hours, not 6 and half, not 6 and 10 mins, not even 6 and 1 minute. Lets see how he likes that...

Yeah, I had that, last summer ! 4 days when it suited 'em (mostly tuesdays off, doncha know 
) and back to 5 days with no notice

So you have had 28 written days notice of a change in hours? I think that is a new training course that they are required to attend, either that or every DOM is just a moody, nasty, vicious, jumped up, little Hitler.

they will do this, the other christmas some people had a 4 day week, yet others who were on floater duty had to do 5.
