In my opinion, she was behaving way over the top, and was out of line filming him without his consent, i believe thats illegal !?
i hope this gets back to him and he does something about it,
None of us know his reasons for not announcing that he was the postman, maybe he didn't hear her, or maybe (like all of us occasionally) was having a bad day !
though maybe after being videoed handing over a packet in the street, instead of on her doorstep, he could land himself in it, if he took it further ?

Something smells of fish - 4 times - I would have given up well before that. Perhaps he did not hear her fully and then popped the letter through. His reactions while being filmed, even with her speaking over him, don't seem to be typical of someone being arsey. Although she is definitely angry.

As is typical though we are only getting 1 point of view and we are probably biased Its a storm in a tea cup and if RM do anything to him it will be unfair.

I thought the postie was very restrained, i would have (and have been) far more agitated and vocal in my response,
she just strikes me as one of these people who have a burning obsession with RM and its failure to do things the correct way (their way).

There's a bit of a flaw in her argument though.

If it's a solid door and she cannot see who is the other side, then, in answer to the question "who is it?" even if a disembodied voice replies "it's the postman/policeman/priest" - or whatever, she's really none the wiser. It could still be a mad axeman for all she knows.

Fit a spyhole, lady, if you're that worried.
