No it can't! This is merely the internal Horizon sequence number identifying the terminal it was sent from. Even when we input the address details for SDs, RDs and SPs it is not captured apart from on the Proof of Posting line which then appears on the receipt.
How could the addressee details appear in the session number as especially as it will not have been input in this particular case as it was sent by second class mail.
However, I totally sympathise with the sender as one would have the total expectation that their parcel would arrive having sent by Royal Mail.
