urgent advice needed
work in small del office less than 40 duties,we have NO UNION REP,DOM taking a member of staff/close freind with him to see planners tomorrow regarding p & l and new revision,surely a rep should be in on this and finding stuff out for us etc,feel things will be rushed through ,we want things to be fair should the area rep be contacted

Contact your Area rep A.S.A.P. and let them know whats going on,someone from the CWU needs to be involved or your office could be stiched up.
Also try and get as many bods from your unit involved when changes are made,do not get involved on your own.
