Stage warning procedure

Having received a stage 1 warning in June 2011 I have just took another day off sick today (tummy bug). Does the 12 months for stage 1 expire in June or will the 12 months extend from the day off today I.e December 2012?

It's 12 months from the day of interview but the last absence that triggered your stage 1 is disregarded after 12 months from the absence not the stage warning....I think!?!? :shock:

Your stage will expire in June 2012 unless you break the standards agian before it expires ...when / if it expires your first absence will be your last one in December which will last 12 months so try and stay inside standards :no no
