which option ?

hi folks our office will be having a revision after xmas,wondering what the best option to choose would be,currently on 36 hrs.if our start and finish times are later,i will cut off,as i have kids at school and do have a life outside of RM.SICK OF SATURDAY WORKING AS WELL.would love to work 4 day week mon-thur 0600-1500,i might suggest this to the PLANNER OR OUR DOM. :chuckle :chuckle :chuckle

in our office we been told part timers doing 4 day weeks will be friday saturday monday tuesday

Try sugesting it to the union as they are the people negotiating on your behalf you never know, however I see you were joking but it's surprising how many individuals go behind the unions and colleagues backs and negotiate there own "special deals" nowadays...... :no no :no no :no no :no no

It's good to talk,which is what should happen..
Phase 1
Once you have met and discussed the aspirations of our members it is now, you have to look at tying them into the overall objectives of the revision, and this should be done at this stage.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
