RM INDUSTRIAL ACTION POSTERS

Whilst the talks are going on surely the RM posters on strike action should be taken down in and around offices especially as there is no IA at the moment.This should be a period of calm whilst the talks are going on but seeing these posters each day makes me so angry especially the one about if you go on strike you will lose your target bonuses.We have gone on strike and so these posters are well out of date so how can you stay calm?

Don't worry about it Phil the managers are probably waiting to be told when to take them down, you know they don't do anything without guidance. In fact they'll still be there during the strikes over pay next century.
