Tell him to watch how he plays it mclovin.
As suffolk says you are usually talking about people who know each other well,sometimes share the same facilities,sometimes socialise together.
Avoid slagging the Area Rep off.
Put it down to "a lack of understanding/communication" rather than the ADR is on management's side.
Trust me...this can get messy.

This is a Forum where people like the poster and myself, (people who are kept in the dark about matters that concern them), come to ask Questions.
