Hi Newbie Here

I have been at Royal Mail since June as an OPG...

My line manager ordered my uniform in 1st week of October... when i rang the uniform helpline they said to me it was sent on the 14th October and shoes were sent the following week on 21st October so far i have not recieved anything. Manager said we have not recieved anything yet so when told them its been sent on the dates i mentioned they said it my have been lost. So they ordered it again Monday or Tuesday how long does it roughly take?

Any1 had similar problems? As i dont want to keep asking but i have freezing my arse off in the cold in the past few days..
