List of CWU courses

Branches will be aware of LTB 1025/2010 and 166/11 regarding the CWU education and training programme and the roll out of the e-admin process within Royal Mail Letters.

Attached in the embedded document is the 2012 course programme.

Release protocols are as previously outlined, subject to customary protocols and the legal framework. Within Royal Mail Letters branches should now be familiar with the e-admin process.

Further to this, the mandatory one-day Equality and Diversity course (2 Days in Northern Ireland), should continue to attract paid release where appropriate.

Branches should note that reasonable notice should be provided to management when requesting release to attend courses. We trust that this LTB and attachment provides the necessary information to enable branches to plan for representatives’ training for next year.
