training options ????

Hi all, just wanted to see if any one knows about any kind of training within rm, i currently work 25 hr collections, but was wondering on broadaning my options within rm, so are there any options available ie lgv training or anything else

If you can find one with any vacancies (good luck with that!), you could transfer to an RDC. Then you could get things like Reach and Counterbalance FLT training, Bay Control, etc. Although you'll have to work the Segs for a few years to get the neccessary seniority to get the training. Then there's the MCs. I've never worked in one, so I don't know specifically what training is available. But as they use a lot of machinery, there will be training to use them, and there's probably other opportunities there too (hopefully someone from an MC will be more specific). Then of course, there's the Lorry driving. But I don't know if they still provide training, or if you have to get your license before applying.
