10 hour day 4 day week

As the title says can someone who has this at their office explain to me how this works? in terms of floaters etc compared to the normal 5 day week with floaters covering rest days. Does it mean the need for more staff or less etc?

4 day 10 hr shift with rotating days off , 3 man set , 2 duty holders and 1 float. Less staff per day needed as a 10 hr duty can absorb more work but no drop in hrs needed on office. We rotate M/T then W/T then F/S/S/M/T , gives everyone a 1 in 3 sat but better bonus is a good long wknd ever 3 and 2 days off if you are a docket king
