During the WTLL this week we were told of a Postie who had a horrendous accident whilst on a Driving Duty. An unsecured "Pole-Type" gate had swung across the track he was driving up and went through his windscreen killing him.
Very sobering, especially considering at the same WTLL session we had to sign for our "Little Red Sticks" that you have to use to avoid having your fingers nipped.
I hope RM don't make the situation any more difficult for the family than it already is. I'm sure we all sympathize.

That is very sad and at 48 he was still a young man. I hope his family are looked after by Royal Mail.
I staged a Roger Moore impersonator festival in my local village. There were a lot of eyebrows raised, I can tell you.
