Is OCD covered under the DDA (Equality Act)?

how does dda work if u are covered under that? do you inform mamnager as well etc?

Very few conditions are covered automatically by the Equality Act.
You would first have to show that it has a significant detrimental impact on your day to day life,a condition like OCD or any Autistic Spectrum Condition is very easy to misdiagnose.
ATOS are definitely not set up to deal with it.
See your GP and then a specialist first.
Once you have a specialists report...then you are ready to see your manager.
