Our solicitors normally apply for us,(Simpson & Millar). When the legal & Medical secretary of your branch reports your LS3,it will have your membership number on the form. Our solicitors normally apply for us.

Branch applies for you, It's not done by the Solicitors as it's Personal Benifits Scheme which comes as part of your Employment.
You Can get paid out by them, and also make a claim against RM which is where the Solicitors come in, If you sue for compensation.
