i have been asked to drive a van even though i never have before and havent had training am i covered by insurance and where do i stand legally if i have an accident . my manager said it was ok .

You are not covered, a change over is a driving test the RM give you to ensure you are fit to drive a van. Unitl you do this you are not covered and your manager would deny all knowlege if you had an accident. Whatever he says is not true.

It would appear to me that not many managers in this company no how to tell the truth.Maybe they should of been politicians,some even smile whilst lying,and drinking coffee who said managers can,t multi-task :crazy:
