I thought I was paranoid but they really ARE out to get me! Not content with charging me with gross misconduct in that I fraudulently claimed overtime I'm now facing a charge of gross misconduct of wilfully delaying the mail! They really want it all ways don't they? I stop doing overtime because I'm accused of fraudulent overtime claims (untrue!) so instead when I work my contracted hours and don't have enough time to complete my duty they are trying to do me for wilful delay (untrue again!). Will these b*******s stop at nothing? I hope they are ready for a fight.

Haha! Unfortunately the B & H was rejected. I was recommended to put in a grievance but I can't do that until the conduct code case has been progressed. Still, I can wait. They're not going to get away with it. The b*******s aren't going to grind me down!

Make notes of everything that is going on. What other rounds are cutting off. What overtime is being done on similar walks. Have two eyes in the back of your head, look out for managers watching you from behind frames, out on the streets, get it all down.

Tell them if u wilfully delayed mail then they need to ring the police, if they won't ring the police, tell them they don't have a leg to stand on.... Did u use the 3.1 and 3.2 of the agreement on handback of mail??.... If u did then further they don't have a leg to stand on, in fact your manager is negating his duty as a manager to deal with the problem! Be it volume of mail, walk too long or wotever

Yep, I'm using 3.1 from the conduct code. I informed the manager that I probably wouldn't have time to finish. He told me to tell him if I cut off then "he will finish it" ! The best part is it's in a text

I'd suggest you take out a B&H grievance against the Manager but do not admit to having the text until it gets down to the wire. The longer you keep that information to yourself, the more rope you are providing with which they can hang themself.
