Do I Have Any Right To A Consistent Start Time?

I'm a reserve on a 30 hour contract and get different start times every day. Somedays it's the afternoon in the Caller's Office, next day 7, next day 9 etc and I never know from one do to the next....

Have you tried speaking to your lino about this? Next person to speak to would be your union rep see if they can help. I know in my contract it says i work x amount of hours a week and not at specific times. but during a different issue my rep and DOM agreed that there should be normal working times/days and then decent notice if they want you to work different hours. Seems to be a grey area but thats the agreement i got!
