Payments due when leaving.
Have just turned 60 and taken my pension benefits. I'm staying on with RM at present but a glimmer of hope of getting a part time job out of RM in a few months. How much notice do you have to give and what payments can you expect to receive on leaving. I have over 20 accumulated days due to me which i could never get because work couldnt be covered (or so they said)so i presume i would be entitled to them and any holiday pay due to me. Ive been off sick for a couple of months and was due holidays in may so i take it they would be due to me also. Also we have been on the pegasus system for a couple of years now but have never received a final payout. When you leave RM do you forfiet that payment and also anything (probably zilch) from Colleague Shares. Am just preparing the ground as i dont want shafted with any payments due to me.
