some advice please

i got sacked in december 2010 for g/m. didnt get my appeal within 2 months so put a et1 form in. got my appeal in march and found out 2 weeks ago the result. the result being i shouldnt have been sacked for g/m and i will be hearing from my manager about the result. i phoned my union rep up to ask whats happening and he been told i was sent wrong letter and im still sacked. sum advice if any be good as to where i go from here

Not sure about that. Could get them on technicalites. Best bet is to call the union solicitors.

if they take their time ring ACAS.
they will probably tell you to go to the citizens advice bureau but listen to their advice.
