Next week it will be announced that front line managers will be getting there bonus of between £1,500 and £2,500, this is taking the piss, totally unacceptable.

Unless it's officially announced then I would take it with a pinch of salt, it's very easy to get wound up over these things when it's just someone who's heard someone who's hear someone etc.

Can't speak for other areas but my gaffer said that none of our local managers are getting a penny 'cos they failed their targets 'cos they were impossible to reach,

Confirmed - Managers have received letters, bonus paid in this months pay. Where is our £536?? if they can afford to pay the managers, then they shouuld spread the joy. Wan*ers!!!!

I've heard they're getting 6%, maybe it's different depending on the areas but if true then it's just another example of managers getting something for failure whilst the rest of the staff get nothing for doing the actual work.

They wonder why morale is so low and we don't go out of our way to help out.
