save later hrs missing arguement please DON'T WRITE IT DOWN ON PAPER in ot sheet instead, especailly managers play games as they always good as none are them trustable :ncfo :ncfo myself experienced loads loads of times now i still fighting for my 3years+ owed ot money and etc...

Print off a grievance form and use it as an OT form, then hand it in. Manager has been fiddling the OT again so Im just composing another grievance - must be a universal problem judging by this sites posts.

This just sounds like a trick to get out of paying. They are probably hoping you will forget by monday or not hand in your OT paper. Its also much easier to tell you they are not going to pay you after you have worked the hours! My approach is put it down on the OT sheet and sign it or the manager can do the work themselves.

its a waste of time writeing it down as the doms just cross it out and you dont get paid , they keep saying just be flexable , if you finish 20mins early and the following day go over it cancels the o/t out, weve mentioned it to the rep and he says nothing to them , total waste of time.

Not correct workotime, there is no agreement for rolling over of hours from one day to the next. Each day stands on it,s own merits. It is up to Royal Mail to provide you with sufficient work to cover your contracted hours each day. There is the 30 minute flexibility in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as delivery lorry breakdown, but this is not enforceable as either party has the option to agree or not agree for you to work an extra 30 minutes, and the time has to be given back in the same week.
