late opening on wednesday

I have spent the last hour trawling through past topics trying to find some help but with no luck.
I work in a callers office and have been told by my DOM that I now have to start at 12.15 instead of 11.15 on wednesdays due to us being open until 8.00. When we first started later opening times we were told we would get scheduled attendance for working longer hours. There has been no change to Saturdays as they still need us in at 5.00 so we will get one and a half hours scheduled there. I'm a bit pissed though at having to work later on the wednesday with no 'thanks' from RM. I am sure that when the late opening times came in there was an agreement with the union but no one seems to have a copy. Any words of advice appreciated.

no mention of consulting with the CWU at any stage or level. It also contains a section on resourcing which states that it is up to the DOM to decide the most appropriate approach for their office.

Not sure if the above has changed.

Whatever duty you do for R.M they have to give you 28 days notice, part and parcel of the the way backward I'm afraid

I did find the topics POSTMAN put up but they dont mention the issue of changing hours to suit RM not paying the scheduled attendance. thanks for the replies so far.
