Sent some documents by normal post ( 1st class) last wednesday ( week ago )
The company are claiming not to have received them yet.... No valuable contents, just driving licence photcopies for security checks on an account.
Just wondering if anyone aware of any issues with deliveries to the postcode ( obviously PM me as dont want to compromise anyones identity on hers )
The staff i have been speaking to at the actual company dont fill me with confidence, so its perfectly possible that they have received it, but its lying on someone's desk..
Wish i sent it recorded/special now, as have no visibility re tracking etc.
