Anybody else know about this? We've been told that all our requests have to be put into a computer system and then they'll be sent to the DOM who'll then send back whether they are allowed.................and then you find out by logging onto your 'account'......................
Is this true or is our management being totally inept and confusing themselves?

This is on the horizon, but online requests and responses are an option - you can still just ask or write it down as not everyone is online.
