2nd P&L revision

So our office went P&L before the 2010 shafting um i mean agreement
in the first it was the usual cock up with oversized duties,computer says its achievable etc etc
so now the planners are back and so far every duty they have done is coming out as too long
all the duties were meant to be 3.5 hours and some are now coming out 1hr or more over this

now obviously this will lead to a problem.we already have 16 vacancies and with this revision it would mean p[utting duties back in
now lets be honest,thats not happening.
i wonder at what point the duties will be 'colleague shared' to make them all fit in with the plan

Hope you get more FT duties in the office. Surely that's what we're all aiming at?
Problem we had was "The Computer said NO!" so all they did was move the goal posts and say they wanted another 50 hours taken out of the office. Dickheads!

If they are meant to be 3.5hrs and they are coming out 4.5hrs i would imagine they will just make them 4.5hrs and sprinkle a little IWT magic all over your indoor time to make the whole thing fit.
