Not sure if anyone can offer me some advice, but here goes. I work for Royal Mail. My brother who works for a different company has for the past 18 years worked the same rota which has included overtime built in.
Now his bosses have told him that they are going to change his rota and the overtime element will be removed.
Because he has earned the same money for 18 years should he receive some renumeration for the cut in his pay?
If anyone can help i would appreciate it.
