D.O walk related questionaire + paranoia

We got given a questionaire asking how many office walks we individually knew how to complete (phrased question?).
O.K so they want to know how many walks you KNOW or how many you can COMPLETE ?
I cannot complete my own job to their satisfaction since its a biggie and often book O.T. So if I say I can complete my own walk in this questionaire and then book O.T. maybe they will refer back to this paper as a method of browbeating etc.
Or am I just paranoid, after years of Blair and Mandelson etc.
Did any other D.O get this questionaire?

Seen this over a year ago. The question is 'how many walks do you know'? Not 'how many walks can you complete'

It's yet another futile experiment by RM. Just answer honestly. It matters not a jpt ; as with most of this stuff it gets forgotten/lost/ignored/makes a note in someones tickbox...

Probably says a lot about royal mail when you are suspicious over the wording of a simple questionnaire! dont blame you at all though these managers cant be trusted

We did this and I've actually seen the benefit!

I went in to find the person who's walk I was due to cover (I'ma floater) was in. Told lino who said Ok, you are doing Duty1. Whats duty 1 I say, never done that one. So he looks at this big sheet, and it's got everyones name on, and every duty, and a tick showing who can do each duty. Right, you do 2 and 'Timmy' will do 1. So I go over to duty 2 frame, and 'Timmy' has nearly finished prepping it! Result!

Did you learn his lesson re: going in early? Nope.

So this questionnaire and the resulting sheet, came in handy, helping the manager manage. Pity he didn't do it the day before though.
