Does Any Other Office !!

Does any other office ,have a READY RECKNOR,WHERE IT TELLS YOU how long it should take you to get out ? We were given a sheet of paper with all the dutys in office how long it should take you ,and also how much mail you get on an average every day ? I HAVE BEEN COUNTING MY MAIL FOR MONTHS AND WOULD YOU BELIEVE IT , they dont match

ffs you're many years behind our office, but then NI has had this bullying for years and the CWU just sucks up to the senior management

If your count is significantly different to the count given to you by management there are 2 possibilities.
1. The percentage of mail they think your walk gets is wrong. Is anyone else counting their mail? Is theirs right or wrong?
2. If everyone's count is wrong then the total traffic for the office is wrong. Request a manual count.

I think everybody knows the po give a false reading of the volume of mail, the bosses say its all doom and gloom example is in the shares ,yet the WORKERS on the ground see it diffrently.The figures that we were given are way out , and its not just me .But what is more disturbing is the time they say you should be out .Its not realistic again its most of the office that cant make the times ,so instead of challenging the dos about it , boys come in earlier

As someone is gonna lose there job over this in our place
Ie the corrupt cwu reps ,and everyone knows who they are,letting management
Do as they please and bully the ones they don't like .
Can't vote them out ad they don't advertise the position!
