Hello, I need some advice, i am a postman in the TW area and i have received a Stage 1 Warning and am not happy about this, i have composed a letter but dont know where to send it, i wonder if anyone can help me please?

Sorry but its true you cant appeal a stage one 
Just keep your notes in case you reach a stage 3 and THEN they let you put your point across
