That's what it said on the payslip ... as a "24hr party person" I expected £120 rather than the £200 ... I received £142.78 ...
Any clues on how it's worked out ?? Does any o/t I've worked come into the equation ??

I believe it is paid using something like the average weekly hours you have done in the 12 months prior to the wageslip including the bonus, so yes, o/t on top of a PT contract will help.
