Hi Ive just been given a 3 month contract could any tell me what are the chances of the contract being extended and if so how long can they keep you on a 3 month contract

The chances are quite good especially if you can drive. The bad news is permanent jobs are very rare in Royal mail now so they are likely to keep you on a temp contract for a long time!
