currently on sick with what feels like flu (dont see doctor till later in week) although i dont feel well enough to do a walk,i do feel i could do work in the office.i phoned in on monday saying i wouldnt be able to work, but did state i would make an effort if they could find me some work in office, but was told their are too many already working in office.i will probably end up with my 1st stage if i am not back at work before end of week.i have spare holidays but they wont even let me put them in,to cover this week.thks for any advice.

Re: sick advice
Stage 1 is nothing so I wouldn't worry about it. There's loads of people in my office who have been on stage 3 more than once, and they've still got jobs!

If you've got something contagious - STAY AT HOME.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
