can't claim o/t
sorry if this has been asked before but i need to know. we are delivering election leaflets for a local by-election and because we are getting paid for them, the dom has said if we go over we can't claim for it, is that right? and before you ask, our rep is so far up his arse all you can see is his shoes! your advice would be much appreciated.

You can't claim O/T as a direct result of prepping or delivering either poll cards or election material....
...but if you go over for other reasons......5 There should be no extended delivery overtime for poll cards and election material candidate mail which are covered by unit payments.

I'm guessing they would only be doing a % each day so the chances of them cutting off because of them would be remote.
