Our boss wants to get the revision in by may, his idea is a table top revsion. This will be done by pairing walks up now as they are now p and l and hct within a mile. Keeping the 2 lapsed walks as lapsed walks but putting them on the walks as they are at the mo. Just seems a right balls up and no point at all.
Couple of questions for ya, can you keep a cycle del in extreme circumstances? Also does the hct del have to finish within a mile of the office? Thanks.

I know some offices with P&L revisions have kept bikes on some walks where there is no parking available and they are too far from the office for HCT.

same thing happening at our place, starting tomorrow tuesday 15th, four rounds will become park and loop as is no revision of walk structure we are to plan it ourselves on the fly on top of that mess 4 walks have been lapsed (summer lapsing in the middle of winter!!!) and if it works more rounds will become park and loopy week by week but we all know if it doesnt work more will be added because management just dont listen all they care about is their precious bonus's and cuts at the expense of morale and breaking the backs of its dedicated workers.
Everyone in office is annoyed to say the least union fella is extremely quiet and absent from the daily huddle, luckily for us one wannabe militant wont let it rest with our DOM accusing him of a rush job and getting it in through the backdoor to avoid giving us our bonus payment. This is just madness at a time where every company wants to be green and eco friendly Royal mail throws that out the window and says lets have vans, vans, vans, bikes are evil. When rising fuel costs and insurance increases are getting worse every day Royal mail says lets increase our fuel expenditure and to balance the cost we will reduce the workforce, not management of course just the hard working posties. Shame on Royal mail.
