and my last day is 1 March.I have 10 days leave left to use up but now i am told it is only 7.5 days because i will not get full years entitlement due to finishing 1 month early.Is that correct or am i am being shafted any advice please .

You accrue 2.5 days for every month you work based on service of 20 years or more so they are spot on!
Take your leave and then go sick until you your leave date, win win :)

How on earth did you manage to get VR? Thought RMs plans were to just make everyones life so unbearable that we would all just leave anyway.

Thanks for your reply. I work in vehicle services and its a complete shambles.
